This isn’t about forcing fake laughter or performing happiness.
It’s about learning how to trigger genuine laughter as a powerful tool to release stress, balance your — even & especially when life feels heavy, stressful, or stuck.

Each session is tailored to you, but typically includes:

  • Breath and body awareness to shift your state quickly

  • Releasing tension and emotional buildup

  • Building resilience through playful, controlled discomfort

  • Rewiring your relationship to stress and seriousness

Who this is for
